We will waive any unintentional damage that happens to our equipment during your rental, excluding intentional damage or theft. Unintentional damage EXCLUDES the following: silly string, gum, paint, face paint, markers or pen, cuts, slices, punctures by sharp objects such as from animals, shoes, or sharps, and any damage caused by fireworks, firepits, or cigarettes. Please select a party time. This will NOT be your delivery and pickup time unless needed and previously discussed. We will call the day before delivery to arrange a good delivery time with you that works well with your schedule.

All SATURDAY rentals are typically dropped off the day prior to your event if possible, unless it's a public event or setting. If this is an issue, please let us know and we can make arrangements to deliver the day of your event.

All Credit/Debit Card payments must be paid the day before delivery. This allows you to not have your funds tied up just in case an unforeseen cancellation is needed on your end. Failure to make payment the day you are contacted with an agreed delivery time can result in cancellation. All cash payment will be due upon delivery. Please have your payment in exact change ready at arrival. Our drivers do not carry cash. Thank you!
